Account Manager Opportunity
As technology continues to develop at an exponential rate and increase in importance within business, companies turn to Industrial Audio/Video, Inc. (IAV) for innovative audio visual solutions to enhance their technological capabilities. From advanced audio and presentation equipment to touch panels and information technology equipment, IAV delivers solutions to the state & local government, healthcare, educational, house of worship, and corporate facilities. To satisfy the increased demand from the market and maintain industry leadership, IAV is seeking a highly-motivated Account Manager to join the team and cultivate new opportunities.
Account Manager is responsible for:
Developing new business and expanding opportunities with current customers.
Maximizing sales and profits on assigned accounts.
Working as an integral team member to support IAV's overall sales objective.
Conducting sales calls to maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure sale's tools, such as catalogs, price sheets and promotional material, are being utilized.
Developing and maintaining effective relationships with integration vendors, specifying engineers, end-users and OEM's to maximize IAV sales, market share and profitability.
Analyzing projects with customers to insure appropriate steps are taken to correct any unsatisfactory conditions.
Conducting product presentations and training for all levels of end users to build IAV brand preference and create demand for solutions.
Candidates should excel in the following areas:
Strong relationship development, sales skills and ability to cultivate lasting rapport with customers.
High level of personal motivation and ability to drive individual success benefiting the company as a whole.
Strong prospecting skills and ability to identify key customers and potential projects.
Eager and aggressive sales habits with a proven history of successful prospect-to-sales conversion rate.
Ability to communicate with a variety of customers across multiple organizational levels.
Technical aptitude and personal interest within the latest technology
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields is preferred.
A minimum of two years sales experience preferred.
